Your Congress wristband is personal to you and strictly non-transferable. It must remain securely fastened to your wrist for the full duration of your 72-hour pass.
Removing, loosening, stretching, cutting, tampering with or transferring a wristband to another person is strictly prohibited, including temporarily sharing a wristband between two or more people.
Any wristband found to have been shared, transferred or deliberately tampered with may be immediately cancelled, and the person wearing it and/or the person who supplied it may be refused entry or removed from the Congress.
No refund will be given where access is withdrawn due to a breach of these conditions, subject to applicable statutory rights.
If your wristband is accidentally damaged, please contact Congress staff before removing or altering it.
